Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery normally takes 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination. Remote areas can take longer.
Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason.
The item must come back complete and in a condition that allows resale. Write to berlumcompany@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
Once the return arrives, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
Send a photo to berlumcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, return shipping included.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and refund it in full. Email us as soon as possible.
